How do you charge?
Every trip gets a written quote with every line visible. Any service fee for a company account is agreed in writing before the first booking. Refund and cancellation terms are in writing before any deposit.
What happens when a flight is cancelled?
A plan B is priced before departure. If the flight is cancelled, we offer it to your traveller on WhatsApp, book it once they say yes, then tell the driver and the hotel. In Istanbul, Damascus, Dubai and Kuala Lumpur we keep drivers, hotels and a contact.
Can executives' trips stay private?
Yes. In myNoorTravel an executive's trips are private by default, and stay out of the team view. Their assistant can still arrange everything with us.
Do you handle visas for the Gulf and the Middle East?
Yes, per passport, including groups of mixed nationalities. We set out the business visa timeline before anyone books, request invitation letters in good time, and check passport validity before we quote. Nobody can promise a visa decision, and we say so before you pay.
We only travel a few times a year. Is that enough?
Yes. Tell us how often your people travel and where, and we will propose an arrangement in writing that fits it.
